Part Moments
Quietly, the dewdrops on your face
For a moment, looked like tears.
For a moment, it pained me.
But then the pain went away.
For that moment you smiled
Suddenly.
Not the sad smiled I expected.
Then I saw the flower you were admiring
And how she admired you back
Her kiss looking like tears on your face.
For the next moment, when you were quite certain
No one was watching, you took that moment
For yourself, and more crystal drops appeared
For a moment I thought,
The skies were raining
Or the water came
From the blossoms you were admiring
Then again, I felt the pain
The pain you forbade to touch your face.
